I have no doubt that is entirely true. If somebody can afford it to buy a vacation home there is no time or space restriction. There is nothing you can lose in a property investment. I have two houses for sale in Toronto and from this reason my budget will be enough to invest anytime in a vacation home. It`s always exciting to escape from the daily routine to one of your houses for relax especially if there is in warmer regions. Thank you for your useful advices and the encouragement.
